Is the trial really free?

The platform subscription is free for 30 days. Usage-based charges and any separately purchased services may still apply during the trial.

What happens after 30 days?

Your subscription automatically continues at $97/month unless you cancel before your trial ends.

Can I cancel before being charged?

Yes. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first recurring subscription charge. Any previously incurred usage charges remain payable.

Will my CRM already have campaign templates?

Yes. Your account will include a preloaded campaign snapshot with reusable forms, pipelines, and workflow templates. Campaign-specific configuration is not included.

Does the trial include a website?

The platform provides website and funnel-building tools, but done-for-you website creation is not included in the free trial.

Can I send text messages immediately?

Messaging availability depends on applicable registration, verification, approval, consent, and account configuration requirements. Approval is not guaranteed during the trial period.

Does FlowPro configure my campaign for me?

No. The trial is a DIY platform offer. Campaign-specific setup, training, and implementation are available separately through authorized partners.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Additional paid campaign packages and implementation services are available when needed.

Will I receive personal training or community access?

No. The $97 DIY plan includes basic platform support but does not include private onboarding, personalized training, or Systems Starter Lab membership.

What does pay-per-use mean?

Your FlowPro subscription provides access to supported tools, but certain services generate separate usage charges. These can include text messages, phone calls, emails, AI interactions, and other metered services. Charges are based on FlowPro's applicable usage rates.

Does my trial include AI tools?

Yes. The DIY plan provides access to selected AI tools, including supported voice, conversation, content, and funnel-building features. Usage charges may apply. The AI Employee Unlimited subscription is not included.

What happens if I want more help?

FlowPro offers paid implementation and technical services. Authorized implementation partners may also provide campaign-specific setup, workflow customization, team training, and consulting under separate agreements.

Can I use FlowPro outside campaign season?

Yes. The $97/month Off-Season DIY plan allows you to retain your account and continue using available CRM features independently between campaign seasons.
