By accessing or using the Services (or clicking “accept” or “agree” when prompted), you agree to be bound by this Agreement on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.
To use the Services, you must:

Reside in the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom
Not be a competitor using the Services for competitive purposes
By using the Services, you affirm that you meet all of these requirements and have the authority to enter into this Agreement. If not, you must not use the Services.
We may update this Agreement at our discretion. For material changes (excluding legal or administrative updates), we will give reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Services following changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Please review this page periodically.
Account Creation
You may need to register and provide accurate, updated information. If you connect to Flow Pro CRM via a third-party service, you authorize us to access and store related data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Account Security
You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use at [email protected] or text/call (833) 404-1098. We are not responsible for any losses due to unauthorized use.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause.
You may only use the Services for lawful, authorized business purposes. You agree not to:
Violate laws or rights of others
Impersonate others or mislead users
Harm or exploit minors
Send spam or unsolicited promotions
Interfere with or disable Services
Attempt unauthorized access or reverse engineering
Upload malicious code or software
Harvest or collect user data without consent
Use automated tools (bots, spiders, scrapers) without permission
Assist others in any of the above
Flow Pro CRM is based in the U.S. Our Services are intended for use only by individuals in the United States. If you access them from another location, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for local law compliance.
By clicking “checkout” and submitting an order, you agree to:
Provide accurate information
Review and accept the displayed fees and taxes
Complete payment through available third-party processors
You’ll receive a confirmation receipt after submission. Communications related to your purchase will be sent to your provided email.
You do not acquire any right to access or use the purchased Services until full payment has been received.
Certain Services may be offered as subscription-based products with recurring billing cycles (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
Paid subscriptions begin upon receipt of payment and provide access to specified Services. Recurring payments are required to maintain access.
These start on the date of payment and expire at the end of the subscription period unless renewed. Early termination is not permitted unless otherwise stated.
Unless canceled, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle. You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support at [email protected]. Cancellations must be made before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
Refunds are issued at our discretion. If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the billing date.
All Services content is owned by Flow Pro CRM or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services for internal business purposes.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or redistribute the content
Use the content to compete with Flow Pro CRM
Remove or alter copyright/trademark notices
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You may post content to the Services. You are solely responsible for this content and any consequences of its posting. All content must comply with our standards.
You grant us an irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our business.
User content must not:
Violate any laws or intellectual property rights
Contain false or misleading information
Be defamatory, offensive, or obscene
Promote discrimination, violence, or illegal activities
Impersonate any person or misrepresent affiliations
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE COMPANY AND ITS LICENSORS DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE CONTENT IS ACCURATE, RELIABLE, COMPLETE, OR CORRECT; THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION, UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE; THAT ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED; THAT THE SERVICES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR THAT THE SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL OTHERWISE MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM, MOBILE DEVICE, DATA, OR OTHER PROPRIETARY MATERIAL THAT MAY RESULT FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES OR YOUR DOWNLOADING OF ANY MATERIAL POSTED ON THE SERVICES. WE DO NOT WARRANT, ENDORSE, GUARANTEE, OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICES ADVERTISED OR OFFERED BY A THIRD PARTY THROUGH THE SERVICES OR THIRD-PARTY LINKS, AND WE WILL NOT BE A PARTY TO OR IN ANY WAY MONITOR ANY TRANSACTION BETWEEN YOU AND ANY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OR ANY OTHER USER.
THE SERVICES WOULD NOT BE PROVIDED WITHOUT THESE LIMITATIONS. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM US THROUGH THE SERVICES SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES ANY WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF FIRST USE.
Flow Pro CRM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY OR ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, ANY THIRD-PARTY LINK, OR ANY CONTENT ON THE SERVICES OR SUCH THIRD-PARTY LINK, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOSS OF USE, REVENUE, OR PROFIT, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR DIMINUTION IN VALUE, OR FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHETHER ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGE WAS FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER OR NOT THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICES IS TO STOP USING THE SERVICES.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis and not as part of a class action.
This Agreement and any disputes related to it or the Services will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
